Thank you for this piece Otto, happy to share! I recognize what you described in it also within my own environment in The Netherlands. I especially enjoyed how you see a lot of what is happening as a door of possibility for overall transformation that is opening up. And the cartoon concerning how many stakeholder groups have been responding so far to all of this was spot-on!!!

Agree with much of what is being said. We have been working with these ideas in Sumedhas, Academy off Human Context for some years. The movement from VoJ through VoC and through to the creative state of dialogue involves deep confrontation with ones masks, shadows and defense mechanism. Each of these holds on to world views that reinforce the safety of the self. When one starts working on these issues one is confronted with the layers upon layers of hurt that have triggered more and more destructive use of thought collectively, more and more of distancing from ones paradigms and immediate benefits arising from it and the large scale violence on the earth required to sustain the paradigm. One hopes for a mutation in thought of some kind.

Eager to read the book.
